Article "PBS Eons Teaches Nonsense anout Evolution" on Discovery Institute's site Evolution News from August 8, 2019 about numerous errors in PBS' educational videos about paleobiology.

You may have guessed it: Bill Needle once more responded on his lonesome Marmotism blog, this time with a hysterical nervous breakdown titled "Fuck and Shit and More Impotent "Advocacy" from Gunter Bechly". Next time he should better not forget to take his Prozac.😜He makes a single reasonable argument based on the work of Longo et al. (2013), which I cited and who suggested the first valid evidence for lung-swimbladder homology. However, had he researched a bit better, he would have discovered that this did not settle the question at all (e.g., Lambertz & Perry 2015, who disagree with Longo's main conclusions). Did this wimpy ignorant simpleton really think that he can outsmart me on my very own turf? Ridiculous, and a typical case of Dunning-Kruger effect.

In his response ("[Censored] ... and More Gunter Bechly Idiocy!", Sept. 1) to the above refutation of his single argument, he has nothing to offer but a frenzy of profanity, which seems to be his lame way of acknowledging utter defeat. The fact that I just censored the vulgar blasphemy in his blog post title provoked his whining response "Gunter Bechly's Fucking Censorship!" (Sept. 2), in which he idiotically calls this censoring cowardly. Funny for an anonymous coward, who hides behind a pseudonym and never risked anything for his convictions, contrary to his opponent. What a dishonorable wretched creature!

Article "Apeman Waves Goodbye to Darwinian Gradualism" on Discovery Institute's site Evolution News from September 6, 2019 about the sensational discovery of a new hominin skull and the various refutations of the gradualist predictions of Darwin's theory (reposted on Dec. 29 as no. 4 top story of the year).

Clueless Bill Needle embarrasses himself once more with his response ""Apeman" Shits on Gunter Bechly" (Marmotism, Sept. 14), in which he celebrates his usual ridiculous straw man fallacies, as if I had ever claimed that Darwinism ONLY predicts anagenetic speciation, or ever claimed that the horse series is an anagenetic transition. He combines a totall lack of expertise with an even greater lack of basic reading comprehension. Obviously, this poor fellow is not the brightest candle on the cake.

I attended the conference "Intelligent Design and Alternatives to Darwinism" (52 participants) of the Israel Biocomplexity Center in Jerusalem (Sept. 17-20, 2019), where I presented an invited talk titled „Discontinuities in the Fossil Record contradict Neo-Darwinism“ on Sept. 17, 2019.
